Our pricing is tailored to your home—its size, condition, and the specific tasks you'd like us to take care of.

We begin all new homes with a Deep Clean to bring everything up to our signature high standard. This is currently charged at $75 per hour.

Housekeeping services are also priced at $75 per hour.

For ongoing General Cleaning, our current rate is $65 per hour, based on the layout of your home and your personal preferences.

At EYMS, we’re all about using products that are not only effective but also safe for you, your little ones, and your fur-babies.

Our go-to general cleaner is locally sourced, pH neutral, and enzyme-based, making it gentle on surfaces but tough on grime. It’s safe for use on floors, benches, and high-traffic areas—which means when your baby’s crawling or your pup’s sprawled out, you can breathe easy.

That said, sometimes we need to bring in the big guns. For homes with stubborn mould or built-up gunk, we’ll occasionally use a targeted heavy-duty product—but always sparingly, and only where absolutely needed. We’ll never use anything harsh without reason or without your consent.

At the end of the day, our approach is all about balance—cleaning power without compromising the wellbeing of the people (and pets!) who live in the space.

We begin all new homes with a Deep Clean, which gives us the time to bring everything up to our high EYMS standard. This typically ranges anywhere from 4 to 10+ hours, depending on the condition and scope.

We’re always upfront about estimates, and we’ll work with you to prioritise areas if you're working within a budget or timeframe. From there, ongoing general cleans are quicker and more cost-effective to maintain.
